Searching for the traditional Aussie pie just got a bit more interesting. Launched with the help of Australian Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Pie & I gives Aussies the mom and pop feel, but with local, fresh ingredients that treat your soul as much as they treat your belly and wallet.
When it comes to food equipment, managing a restaurant's volume is critical. Our main challenge to the site was the delivery of equipments as the site have steps. However, with our vast experience with our transport companies, we were able to overcame its logistical challenges and managed to bring in two full ovens, four full fridge and freezer units, a chest freezer, stainless steel benches and workspaces, in addition to much more.
The food equipment helps Pie & I distribute their classical, fresh ingredients to the table. The menu includes classical fare, like breakfast pies and sausage rolls, in addition to more adventurous dishes like the new, forthcoming Paleo Pie and sweet pies for after dinner treats. These are all washed down with fresh juices from the local farms as well as classic soft drinks at the fountain.
With the patience & understanding from Pie & I management we were able to complete and supply top-quality restaurant equipment, which created the gastronomic vision of Pie & I with its commitment to ethical animal harvesting and local ecology have been realized.
